Taster Session

Mindful art is not about perfecting skills - it's about being present, expressing yourself freely, and enjoying the process.  It's a space where creativity flows without pressure, helping you relax and nurture your emotional wellbeing.   

Try before you commit!  Get a feel for our teaching style and see if it's the right fit for you.

Alcohol ink painting

£10 per person

From 1:30 to 2:25 pm

Come and try the popular alcohol ink painting!  Unlike traditional painting, you don't need brushes but pour and blow.  You don't need to have any skills at all.  If you like this, you can buy the starter kit at the end of the session so you can continue painting at home.

Marbling

£10 per person

From 2:30 to 3:25 pm

Marbling involves highly therapeutic processes.  In this session, you can try traditional Japanese marbling called Suminagashi.

Adult Art Journaling Session

£10 per person

3:30-4:25

Discover art journaling, a relaxing creative way to look after your emotional wellbeing.  No experience is needed - just come, enjoy and create in a peaceful, supportive environment.  Unique art materials to make your journaling time special will be available to purchase at the end of the session.
